Helping Missing Children

One of the greatest ways to help stop human trafficking in its tracks here in the US is to help children who are missing. There are so many ways to do this.

I went to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and found many many ways to help. When I first considered how to help missing children, I couldn't imagine that it would be easy at all, but it really is. There are many simple ways to help even if you live no where near Virginia or one of their local branches.

The campaign that seems to matter the most to them is their picture campaign. The more these missing children can be seen, the greater the chance they can be found.

Simple ways to help:
  • Place banners and links such as the one above on your website.
  • Join campaigns to raise awareness of the importance of picture distribution of missing children.
  • Help your place of work develop a corporate campaign to display missing children photographs like the ones you see at the grocery store and department stores.
  • Become a volunteer online or local opportunities. Click here to learn more.
Many ways exist to help. Please post other ways if you are familiar with them on how to help so we can be a knowledgeable as possible. Let's help these children and their families.
